"This place is a mess…order online to do a portal pick up. They said my order was ready for pick up at 7:24 i get there at 8 and it’s no where to be found, no one at the counter with a lobby full of people, after 15 minutes of waiting with no help finally someone comes up, helps someone that came in after me…they leave and i stand there waiting to get help for another 15 or so minutes. This is ridiculous…almost an hour later and still no food and no help if i could i give this place negative stars."

"I've been going to this location for years but this last one was disgusting. The staff was unprofessional and dressed like it was a nightclub. The pizza was slappy and uncut and the dough was not cooked in the crazy bread. I hope management gets this place back to the way it was!"
