"Between the trauma physician and the palliative care physician, they did not follow our families end of life care plan for my mother. As someone who works in the medical field with physicians and nurses each day, I new the standard of care being provided for my mother was sub-par. We never heard from this care team nor the hospital again. This hospital carries the UofM Health brand, but is clearly not even close. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone."
"On hold for 28 minutes and when someone did answer made it through five questions before the line went dead. Asking my major provider for a new location for a colonoscopy. 5 years past due and second attempt for an appointment in 2 years."
