"The food was pretty good. I ordered the Muffaletta sub. It was both flavorful and filling. The only problem I encountered was the service. I tried to call in my order so it would be ready to pick up, since I was out running errands, and nobody answered the phone on two separate tries. When I got there, the person who took my order seemed to be annoyed with me and a few other customers who were there. In my line of work, I totally understand if people come a couple minutes before closing and keep you there late, it’s frustrating. This guy, however, was acting like that with almost an hour to go. Come to find out there were a couple of other people working back in there, so why don’t answer the phone? As I mentioned before, the food is good. I will give it another chance, as I would like to try the pizza next time. Service goes a long way. If that hasn’t changed, I will not return a third time."
