"This talk about is so rundown, horrible customer service they act like putting in a order is too hard especially when it’s stocking day they will have you waiting 15 minutes and you’ll be the only person in line unprofessional. Do not go to this one go to the one that’s on 8 mile instead. It is completely a lot better."

"This location was out of Pepsi, Mountain Dew and a bunch of food. We waited 30 minutes from the time we gave our order at the speaker to receiving our order at the window. Staff was nice but there's clearly something wrong happening to be out of everything and for it to be taking so long. The vegetarian meal is currently the best deal at $5.99 but they were out of a bunch of the typical options in that box too."

"Saw employees quickly assisting walk ups to the counter with ordering, which is a rarity at quick serve restaurants nowadays it seems. It was nice. Food was as ordered and served fast. Clean lobby and outside (well maintained)."

"Same as always, but didn't put any tomatoes on my supremes, (2 tacos, a burrito, and a chulupa, everything was supposed to be supreme). Did manage to add my onions, but was out mild sauce... Them being out of mild sauce would have been fine, if they had at least given me the hot sauce I had also ordered, but they didn't give me ANY sauce at all, so I had to hit the store as well for taco sauce since I didn't want to wait through the line again. I will rate them higher when they get their act together without having to go inside to pick up my order if I want it to be right."
