"I went to Arby's on Wayne Road for dinner. The store was clean. I was greeted when I walked in. I attempted to order via the mobile app before I came in, but wasn't able to complete the process. The cashier (a younger man, I forgot his name) kindly walked me through the process and I was able to complete my order. He was very knowledgeable about the app, the food and specials. He was courteous and had a smile. I ordered the double roast beef and cheddar meal with curly fries, mozzarella sticks and lemonade. My order was ready within a few minutes. The food was hot and delicious! I had a pleasant visit at Arby's on Wayne Road in Westland Michigan and I will visit this location again."

"This is quite possibly the best Arby's I have ever been to. The inside was spotless. The dining area was as clean as ice, and behind the counter the prep line was so clean. I would even eat off of the floor. The associate that took our order, Gary, went above and beyond to deliver the epitome of service. He took his time to take our order. Double checked on exactly what our specifications were, and diligently went to work in the kitchen alongside his crewmembers. Overall, this will be the only Arby's that gets my business from here on out."
