Tim Hortons 34441 Michigan Avenue, Wayne, MI 48184

"Just left this location and woah. I ordered two donuts, a coffee and chips. Get to the window the lady is rude and said chips weren’t added on and she can’t add them at the window even though it was their mistake. I told her that and she ignored me for a few mins after giving me my other items then called someone with an attitude and said to add chips (she’s a light skinned African American women with a larger sized body). After that, two black women walked into the store and the manager and all the workers started immediately yelling at them telling them to get the f out. It got heated to the point where they left me at the window and forgot they had a line of customers. The manager started smacking stuff on the counter and everyone was just being unprofessional, cursing and acting really irate despite the line they had. One of the workers said “if you pull a gun on me you better use it”. The women that came in ended up pulling a weapon which it maybe self defense considering everybody started yelling and moving towards them. The police station is less than a a mile away. I am not sure why the solution was to aggressively approach the customers instead of call the cops. I did catch some of this on video. It’s now 2:10 so I recommend the camera footage between 1:30-2 be pulled. A business should not be operated in this unprofessional manner. I hope they get better workers and do better."

"Wow 35 minutes in line to get cold breakfast sandwiches. When something was said the employees looked at me like I was dumb and walked away. Egg, bacon where cold. The other sandwich was even made right, had to ask for butter, but no common sense to hand me an utensil to put it on my bagel. When my tea was handed to me, I asked if it was sweet, the girl said I don't know I didn't make it and she closed the window. Pretty sad to think this is acceptable. Customer service sucks and food sucks."

"Problem: Debra “Manager” aka the dictator My husband went there the other day, he ordered 2 pup cups and an iced coffee. Cashier stated the total of which was incorrect. My husband ask for the correction on the price only to be rudely talked down to by the dictator Debra. He left after a small argument. Returned there tonight to be told he was banned and refused service. Really Debra are you 5? I high recommend the owner of this store either sends Debra packing or train his employees far better. Have some respect for the people that come through that line one small order at a time to not only keep you working but to keep the owners family and investment secure."

"At Tim Hortons — Went to Tim Hortons Cafe and Bake Shop in Wayne, Michigan. Look at this cup filled with cool whip I don’t even like cool whip or whip topping. But my drink was mostly this. Mind you I took maybe 3 sips! They charge 6$ for this! And it wasn’t all I got! I’m never going back!"
