"The worst wingstop in Michigan hands-down! Unfortunately it’s my neighborhood wingstop and every other one is 15-17min away smh. They are always under staffed, if you have blood pressure problems beware because they over season everything, orders never come out accurate, if you take a glance at the picture you’ll see they obviously don’t clean the chicken ( very feathery). It’s just a big mess up there. I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog in hell!"

"Ordered online. Came to pick up the rude lady at the counter said they didn’t have an order under my name. I showed her my phone and order number. She said well I don’t have it. I confirmed I was at the correct store with her and she said hang on. She FINALLY printed my order. We drove 20 to pick it up- and still had to over 20 mins to get the order. She was rude and disrespectful with no desire to help or even apologize for THEIR mistake. Will never come here again and will tell everyone I know not to either. Sad how bad customer service is lately."

"Stopped in to order wings, wanted to try the new location. Asked about the lunch special, and was told it was 2 wings for 5 bucks. On the door, they had a sign for a 5 piece boneless for $7.50. Their employees really should know the promos, especially if you have big signs on your door for them. Inside there is a menu, but prices are not listed, which is misleading. I ordered some boneless wings, and it had the same problem I have with other Wing Stop locations, it's just way too salty. Their garlic parm wings had no flavor other than salt, the lemon pepper should be called lemon salt, and the bbq was actually pretty decent. I also ordered seasoned fries, which had something sweet on them, and were not very good. The location has only been opened for 1 to 2 weeks, but the kitchen didn't appear very clean. If I didn't know it was a brand new location, I would have guessed it had been there for years. Unfortunately I probably won't be back, there are better chicken places that are cheaper and cleaner in the area."
