"Came through the drive through at 11:15 on 2-26 and sat in line behind multiple cars. When I finally approached the order speaker I was asked if I was getting a mobile order and I said no. I was then told he would not take my order and that they were closed…. Closed at lunch time but taking other orders and hours posted say they open at 10 am? Makes sense Thank you very much."

"Recently visited and the drive thru screen was completely black so we assumed that they were close and were driving away when they opened the window and told us to come pull around or come inside if we needed to see the menu. They were super helpful and very ready to get us what we needed!"

"Most of the time my food is fresh and delicious, if you know what to order from Arby's. But on December 7th 2023, I went late and there's wasn't even a big line yet it took them 20 minutes to get the guys order in front of us which was only 3 kids meals! and when we got to the window it was another 10-15 minutes. I understand if they were short staffed, but we did not deserve the attitude from the employee. My drink was sitting and waiting the entire time we were waiting in line. So it became watery and gross. So my boyfriend asked the employee for another coke, but he kinda looked mad and said it would be an up charge for another coke. Clearly he wasn't understanding that it was waiting in a line of other drinks, slowly becoming undrinkable. So my boyfriend explained it was waiting a long time so now the ice has melted. The guy finally understood gave us another drink and we drove off. Only for me to understand, that he just gave me another coke that was already watered down. AND the first coke he gave me, we had to give back to him. Which is 100% against proper food protocol."

"I stay in Romulus and drive to garden city just to avoid going to this location. I swear every time here it's an issue, either the order is missing items or the food is half made. I never have an issue at the location in garden city food is always fresh hot made correctly. Here's an example I purchased these salads same night from this location an from the location I go to and you can clearly see the difference in quality of food. This location needs an overhaul in management or just close,your wasting customers time and money."
