Tropical Smoothie Cafe

"I usually am here a minimum of twice a week as it’s fairly close to where I work. Everyone’s attitude sucks here, always. No matter how polite or how much you say please and thank you with a smile. Last time I’ll be here I’ll drive the extra few miles for a smoothie. I used to always tip a few dollars each time because I know how it feels to work in the restaurant/customer service industry. I quit tipping though. I’m sure it’s hard to keep people employed now days but I will take my money elsewhere."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. They are completely unprofessional. They rush making the smoothies that they have no flavor and when I went to ask for a remake they stated that I can buy another to get a remake just to more than likely get the same nasty stuff. Ended up getting a refund and told that no same tropical cafe makes their smoothies the same. Completely unprofessional"

"Ordered on app... came in on time that app suggested and my order was sitting on counter top. I asked staff to check if my order was up after 2 minutes and she was too busy to read the name correctly or to take the time to make sure that she heard me pronounce my name. instead, she looked over my order saying it was not made yet. I waited 7 minutes as my order sat on the counter before I received it. I seen another employee roll her eyes because a customer asked her to just hand her sandwich to her instead of bagging it because she really needed to get to work. Very busy today and only 2 employees preparing orders, they looked stressed and unfriendly. I will travel a few mile away to another Tropical Smoothie for better service and a friendlier environment:/"

"Food was usually good but not today. Chicken Caesar wrap was made it a old tortilla (half hard and soft). The customer service at this store is always a hit and miss. The hit is orders being made. You walk in and instead of a hi, hey, or hello, they just stare at you. They sit on top of the counter tops and that's when customers are IN the store. I will gladly travel 3 miles away in the opposite direction for better service even if this location is less than 5 minutes from home. Do better"

"Well today I stop by to grab a Chia Banana Boost smoothie and a Supergreen salad on my way to do more errands. In the past never had any complaints. Today I do, I purchased this salad. This salad barely fill the bowl. I have call more than three times with no answer. This is not worth what I paid, and out of the area to drive back and return it. I spoke to the owner in the past, very nice person. I hope this will be a one time thing, but do better."
