"Waited 10 minutes at the ordering area today before someone asked to take my order. I was told I couldn't use two coupons, never had this problem at this location before. It's never like this at this location, always great service. Needless to say I purposely wasted as much time as I could talking to the so called manager before driving off without any food. What a joke"

"I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru window for an impossible Whopper. There were no other cars in front of me. I finally had to go into the inside after blowing my horn and being ignored. I asked for a refund and was told my order was up next. Sometimes, you just have to be patient. This was told to me by the cook. Who felt the need to stop making orders and come up to the counter to tell me that."

"I’ve been here several times and the service was very up and down, food cold, dried out whoppers that have been sitting on the warmers etc. My daughter and her friend ate here after a half day of school (Burger King was the only thing they had) they were very sick with food poisoning! My child was sick, in and out the bathroom for 2 days straight! I called to speak to the manager; no answer. I will be contacting the health department! Do not eat here!"
