"I spent $75 dollars and deeply regret it - I knew better. First, I called to place my order so I could give specifications such as two fries as a sides and all food cooked well-done since online wouldn’t allow it. I quickly got off the phone because the manager didn’t know about the specials being offered online. Not sure if that’s completely her fault especially when multiple platforms are listing prices. So I ended up placing the order online, then I called and clarified I wanted two large fries with my order and ALL my food cooked well-done. The chicken was the only thing that was crispy. They only gave one large fry and thankfully we did catch that before leaving. The okra was complete mush, the fish was super soft. All my food was clearly rushed out. This was an online order (not drive thru) so I don’t understand why the food couldn’t be cooked as requested. Especially for $75 dollars. They were not busy so again I don’t understand why the food could not be cooked as requested no one likes soft fried seafood or OKRA! Also, just be aware the family size okra is served in a large size container."

"Stopped in last night with the wife for the first time, I had the 15 piece buffalo wing dings which the cashier kindly made a combo for $2 more and wife had the 10 shrimp combo. Both of our meals looked great and came with a very generous portion of fries, the wing dings were meaty & delicious and the wife loved the batter on the shrimp -we both thought the fries were tasty so we proceeded to eat everything because our inner fat kids demanded it. Overall the staff was was friendly, accommodating & entertaining going back and forth with each other like family or siblings. We definitely enjoyed our first time here and will look forward to our next visit."

"Ordered a large okra and a 10 piece whole wings the okra was maybe a cup and the wings are so small I think wing dings are bigger I won't come back to this location it's not the first time so almost $20 for maybe $8 worth the food."

"First time here. Girls working were pleasant and helpful. Ordered perch & shrimp combo meal. Everything was quite good & filling. Good value. Only issue was dining experience. I prefer dining in while food is hot, but restaurant is really set up for take out. Food came in take out container with only cheap plastic fork that broke while eating. Sauces were all in packets instead of bottles. I know it's "fast food", but having a little more dine in friendly would bring me back more often, as I live several miles away."

"Been here a handful of times and overall we're very happy with the food and service. I'm writing this review specifically about this past Christmas Eve. We had food catered from another restaurant and some of it just wasn't what we wanted, so we ran up here for some chicken, to make up for what we couldn't use. We ordered 50 wings, and even though they were absolutely slammed with giant orders, they took care of us and the wait wasn't even that long. Much quicker than I expected with how busy they were. Seriously appreciate all the staffs hard work."
