"The customer service was horrible, the person who waited on me, greeted me with an attitude. I placed an order for the 3 piece chicken combo; the #8, original, white, with fries and mac and cheese, for my lunch break. The chicken was under cooked, with the skin coming off, and very greasy. I do recommend this location at all. There are safer options available to you."

"Definitely pushes drive thru most. If you come inside for a mobile they will assume you are door dash and make you feel like less of a priority. I waited maybe 5 minutes more and they gave me extra stuff for the wait. Depends when and how you order honestly."

"Visited on Aug 11, 2023. One of the worst experiences I have had. Waited 20 minutes to place my order. They were out of fries, so I ordered 2 different sides. I got home, was missing 2 of my sides. I tried calling the store but did not get an answer. Also left a complaint on the corporate website, they received my complaint but I was never contacted. This location used to have great service, but not anymore. I will not be back."

"The food is delicious but those people are NASTY. Attitudes, offended that I asked for fries instead of the base sides. Rolled her eyes at me and suggested (didn’t say directly) that I was stupid bc I couldn’t hear her. And then the other lady kept yelling at the customers in the lobby and blaming us for not knowing who’s order she was holding. Giving everyone dirty looks. I ended up just laughing about it to keep from being upset. That’s ridiculous. If you can’t handle customers, don’t work for customer service. I get being a little frustrated at rush hour but this was just bad. I feel bad for the people who have to work with you."
