"Thought I would try this place for the second time. Both times all the employees were unfriendly. When I asked if they could spread the food around the burrito so it could be all mixed together the person helping me just starred back at me like I made some insane request. The portion size was also significantly smaller than the last time. The staff working need an attitude adjustment. They all were rude."

"This place used to be great and now the customer service is a joke! Employees get upset with you and give you an attitude for ordering food...sorry you have to do your job! I usually order the same thing and every time I go in the price is always different it hasn't been the same price the last 5 visits. When I ask the cashier why the price is never the same it's like talking to a brick wall and they mumble under their breath who knows what. Nobody knows how to roll a burrito anymore as it always falls apart now. $15 just for the burrito to fall apart on you..... This place has drastically gone down hill in the last year and lack of management is very obvious!!!!"

"Terrible...come here all the time and the bigger guy told me that online orders are higher priority then in store customers so I walked out may never be back...went to location at least once to twice a week....go today and they give me a bag of chips that are all smashed and half the weight...I think im done giving my money to this place...needs better management everyone looks depressed.ive been going here for 11 years and the last 2 years this place has went downhill."

"I usually love this place but this last visit disappointing.Ordered 2 bowls and a burrito. Everything was very skimpy on the food items. I also think they were training new employees. Seems like they didn't know how to process the food orders. This was my go to place. The price for Queso and Guacamole was outrageous! I have gone here for years and have always enjoyed the food. This was the first time I wasn't happy!"

"I had a burrito that I had requested in a bowl. Thank goodness, IT WAS HUGE! They did the most unique thing and thoroughly mixed all the ingredients in the tortilla before folding it up. That way you get all the wonderful flavors in every bite. I've never seen this done before, but will forever eat my burritos this way!!!!!"
