"As a customer who has ordered at least once a week for the past year from the Alpine store.... I have to say I'm disappointed. Over the past month it seems like every order we've had has had some sort of issue. Now I will say only one of those has directly been linked to the individuals working there (we found what looked like a black beard hair and a long blonde hair in 2 of the 3 pizzas we ordered [pizza hut did remake the pizzas in question. However the other issues have us choosing to not order from this establishment again. 1.) Logging in is an nightmare. Every time I have to rest my password. 2. ) things we order and know we ordered, discussed and selected add to cart do not appear on the order to the store. 3.) Simply put it has become a hassle. In an economy where it's getting hard to even budget for groceries this is the one thing we did a week to alleviate the need for cooking. If they can fix the issues with their app and online system we will be back."

"Ordered a pizza and some wings from here to watch the nfl playoff games this past weekend and the wings were great but the pizza appeared to be missing a large portion of crust in the center? I don’t really know what happened but I’ve worked in a pizza place in the passed and this pizza would’ve been remade the second it came out the oven like this. Not really sure what happened. We ate half because we were hungry and threw the other half out. Like I said the wings were great. The guy in the drive through was fantastic also, didn’t catch his name but he was incredibly nice."
