Buffalo Wild Wings

"Shaylee is AWESOME! I was at the Buffalo wild wings on Alpine Ave., Northwest in Grand Rapids Michigan on Tuesday, February 20. It was my son‘s birthday and my waitress helped take care of approximately 30 to 40 persons mostly by herself for an entire hockey team and birthday party. Her name was Shaylee, she did an outstanding job even serving us all chocolate cake dessert afterwards. Great job Shaylee. Thank you!"

"Got the food delivered but my order was the wrong kind of tacos and there was no chips and salsa or a cookie that I ordered included with the order. I ended up making myself Ramen noodles for dinner because I didn't even like the tacos I did get. They had barbecue sauce on them and I don't like it. They were the brisket tacos and I had ordered Street tacos. Every time I get food from any Bws they always mess it up somehow. This was their last chance. I will not be getting food from them ever again!"

"Went for a quick dinner and left disappointed. As soon as we sat we noticed how filthy it was. Multiple tables not cleaned and the table they sat us at wasn’t even clean, we had to ask the server to clean the table. Our waitress was great, did a wonderful job, but that didn’t matter because the food was not good. The wings we ordered we mild buffalo and were so unbelievably hot we could not eat them. The parmesan garlic ones were also very hot, like they had been mixed with something else. The tables sat dirty the entire time we were there. We felt bad for the hostess because she kept trying to sit people at dirty tables, but would have to find something else over and over. Not only was there a lot of employees walking past the garbage on the tables and floor but the manager walked by them over and over and did nothing about it."

"July 26, 2023 I sat at the bar, had quick and prompt service. Bartender was friendly and polite! She's the reason for 3 stars! The wings were HORRIBLE! I placed a To Go Order: 6 Traditional: Sweet BBQ & 10 Traditional: Lemon Pepper/Medium. The entire order of wings were COLD! Sweet BBQ wings, my dad added extra sauce and ate them. My Lemon Pepper tasted Sweet and Medium wings were THE WORST I've ever had!!! Carrots and Celery were awesome! Again, 3 Stars because bartender was great!!! Just look at these ugly Medium wings!"

"I never tried Buffalo Wild Wings but I wanted to give a try and it disappointed me really. I ordered crispy southern , mozzarella sticks which I must say they don’t made it all , it was just heated frozen food with lots of preservatives in it !! I went to restaurant before the 10 mins as given and I found food was cold and I said it’s cold but representative said it’s hot but after requesting she microwaved it and given back!! Chicken is not really cooked well , sticks don’t have cheese in it (bitter taste) , even Mcd and Burger King make better than you !! Sorry but really disappointed! (PS- Also, not good for health , lot oil and preservatives)"
