"Using the drive-thru, I gave my order, the same order I order at least 3-4 times a week. It's always $6.13 (large Hot Caramel Mocha & a Sausage Burrito) no sausage in it today, though. The gal (the Manager - approx 5'6" or so, light brown haired gal with her hair pulled back at the bangs, hair just below the ears, medium build) at the drive-thru order kiosk said it was $8+. I told her that something was wrong as my order is always $6.13. She rudely stated that just pull ahead to the pay window, they'll have it updated there. I pulled ahead, paid the $6.13, thanked the little gal for her beautiful smile and pulled up to get my order. The same person (the Manager) that was rude thru the drive-thru very rudely told me to pull ahead and they'd bring it out. I've never had this happen for a breakfast burrito and a hot caramel mocha before, EVER. I waited 8 minutes, while waiting at least 6-7 cars went thru the drive-thru after me. Finally I went in as I had to be to work in another 8 minutes. I asked why it was taking so long. I guess I stepped up too close to the opening between the counters and was immediately told, "I need you to step back", rudely again. I did so, waited another 5 minutes. Then I said forget I can't wait any more, I'm going to be late, I want a refund. All of sudden, my order is ready. She was snotty, she brought it up, I grabbed, she said something about grabbing it out of her hands and then ORDERED ME TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. I did nothing wrong, anyone would've been a little upset at being treated so rudely and then waiting so long. It was like she was mad at me because I called her out on overcharging me to begin with. I've been treated rudely, but never in such a manner as this morning, and most especially a MANAGER!!! I most likely will NOT be visiting a McDonalds again."

"Kiosk ordering only inside. Burger patties taste and smell like rotten meat. Can't eat it. Whatever they did with their ketchup packets lately is unbearable. At every location now the ketchup in their packets is repulsive. Bring your own ketchup from now on."

"Order from the app parked curbside waited 15 minutes then called the restaurant to see if they were tracking that I was here. She lied to me and said they were waiting on the quarter pounder to come up. The turn around on quarter meat is right around 4 minutes. I know this as a former employee. When I got the food the fry’s were soggy the nuggets were stale and I only got nine instead of 10 and that quarter meat was not fresh aa I suspected and they skimped on the bacon I paid for. They were focused on there drive through times and not all of there orders as a whole most likely because it’s that time of day where corporate is watching. Like I told the lady on the phone I could have gotten my food faster at a sit down restaurant that being said they did nothing to make it right for the excessive amount of time I waited."

"It’s truly disappointing how you are encouraged to order via the app now at McDonald’s and that when you have picky eaters you assume the employees will get the information and be able to read and follow through on what’s being asked. According to shift Manager Liz. Our order was too complicated the way we placed it for her employees to understand. This either means McDonalds is in need of a better delivery of the orders from the mobile app or Liz hasn’t trained her line workers how to use the system. Then let’s talk about shift manager Liz and her fantastic attitude towards people. Complaints are met with a disgusted look and she managed to point out that our order was messed up because of how we ordered it. I get the customer is not always right, I get our order was complicated. Because apparently a plain burger with no toppings is complicated. And the cherry on top. Apparently the employees are opening adult happy meal toys and putting empty boxes in the adult happy meals. Because that was a thing with our order. Drive further and go to any other McDonald’s in the area. It’s not worth your time and effort. If the shift manager doesn’t care I doubt anyone who works for her does either."

"Drove long out of our way for a 24-hour McDonald's which both Apple maps and Google maps said had been "confirmed to be 24hr by the business one week ago." The business was not open. Don't waste your time, go to the Taco Bell next door if you're lucky it will be open"
