We order at least once, if not more, per month, and this last time, my wife said this is the last time. How many times can you make an order wrong when the order is right in front of you on a screen?"

"I found a Jets Pizza in the entryway of our building and was able to tell who ordered it from the reciept so made sure the delivery was made. Paying $7 for delivery doesn't mean leaving it in the lobby to get cold. The manager was contacted but didn't seem concerned."

"We order from from this Jet’s pretty regularly and not only has the price increased but the quality of the pizza has decreased significantly. I can handle the price increase (annoying but pretty standard these days) if the pizza wasn’t burnt with a pathetic amount of cheese. Very disappointing as Jet’s used to be our favorite pizza."
