"This Starbucks location has moved into first place in my "worst Starbucks in the 46 states that I have visited ". The drive-through lane was empty, there were maybe three customers already seated, and five – yes, five – employees, and they still took three minutes before even saying hello to me standing at the register. Three of them were just standing around doing nothing. Then about another six minutes to make my drink. Completely unacceptable! By the way, it's also very difficult to get to this place, and you have to be careful when you go to pull out because you can't make a left. And whatever you do, do NOT enter the parking lot next-door. It looks like it connects, but it doesn't and it will screw you up big time."
