"We ordered a steak quesadilla and the quesadilla was black and completely burnt. And we got the chicken roll ups and the chicken was cold and tasted uncooked, the environment here was amazing and the workers are amazing and friendly but the food was not good during my visit."
"I come here often being my closest Taco bell, hadn't had many issues and all understandable in the past but today takes the cake on bad experiences. Placed my mobile order as my son was telling them at the speaker so they said pull around because it'll take like 4 minutes. Okay I get that. We are stuck behind several cars. They went pretty fast and my son who was driving hesitated at the window so I pointed around the building (to the left) and reminded him we have to pull all the way around to give them extra time... get back to the window and they confront us did i flip off their worker? Seriously? No. Paranoid much!? THEY were the ones asked us to pull around and I was pointing to indicate that good grief! I'd have canceled my order at that point not feeling comfortable trusting them not to mess with it because clearly paranoid over confrontational children work there now, but couldn't even have a simple cancel. So we took it anyway... but I'm very upset by their attempt to be highly confrontational over their own request. Terrible way to address the situation, very unprofessional and incompetent. I'll go elsewhere from here out so I can do business with a less quick to get worked up and overly sensitive crew. I don't handle people jumping to get a confrontational attitude with me, my son WANTED to give them the finger after their attitude at that point. I told him that's not how adults behave, maybe the crew could learn some professionalism and lose the quick to be salty attitude. Since I'm still upset and can't enjoy lunch with my son... I'm leaving this review, and will modify it if Taco bell reaches out to reflect if they care about customers experiences at all."
"Got some cheesy roll ups for my son. Which he loves, Bought 2. And got the enchilada burrito, which was very bland and dry. Where was the sauce? My bigger concern was my son throwing up his food. He didn't finish one of the cheesy roll ups. So I looked at it. It was oddly kinda cold. The cheese looked off. Why were there tomatos and bits of what I think was meat in a cheesy roll up. Do you guys change your gloves? Do you guys rotate your food? Change it out if it's too old? I really hope you change your gloves for the people who don't eat meat. Do you sanitize your stations? My point is, maybe watch a training video on how to take better care of the food and stations."
"I've been telling my friends the meat here tastes wierd for about a year. I couldn't put my finger on what has changed. This Taco Bell is closest to my house. It was close to closing time or I would have gone to a different Taco Bell. That's how "off" the meat is here. So I order my food, pay for it, receive it, and then I see this...(refer to photos). I tried to eat my tacos but I couldn't even get one bite down. I took a bite thinking the writing on the white board is probably just some immature kids thinking they are funny. But as my mouth filled with said bite, the thought occurred to me that if they think that's funny, would they think it hilarious to actually put those things in our food? I'm sure it's very unlikely but I just couldn't get the possibilities out of my head. I don't understand the thinking behind whomever wrote that. I don't think any of this is funny. I am disgusted. I had to spit that bite out and proceed to puke for hours afterwords. Since taking this picture, I have literally not been able to eat any take-out food. I am absolutely mortified! I edited the second photo so the words on the white board could be seen more clearly. I had been on a Taco Bell kick for a hot minute. I am so thoroughly disappointed that has come to a screeching halt. :("
"Went to Taco Bell in Dunlap last night. Staff was very rude, all of them. Asked if we could get our cups cause a family of 7 came in after us and got theirs. Though I can't really blame them because there's a baby in the kitchen. A literal infant being passed around by the shift while they're working. That's definitely a health violation. And then they threw us a bag of half wrapped food."
