"I grew up loving Steak & Shake but I don't recommend it anymore. Even though it's never busy the service is slow and it tends to be dirty. The food isn't what it used to be and isn't very good. I also am not a fan of the kiosk ordering system and I haven't met anyone that is."

"Steak and Shake used to be fairly decent but that was a decade ago. Now it's ok food and self checkout style eating and absolutely next to no service. The upside it's honestly kind of cheap for a sit down restaurant. But again don't expect much service. You order everything from a screen and they bring you your meal and that's that."

"No live people taking orders, only kiosks. No soap in men's room. Both soap dispensers were empty, and cooks were male!!!"

"Stopped in here for a quick dinner before calling it a night after driving from MN. There are no cashiers so all ordering is done via a large touch screen. The employee who brought our tray to our table was kind and friendly. The burger was good and piping hot. The chicken fingers were less than stellar. Mildly warm coming out. The fries were tiny thin cut so sort of fun compared to other places. We had an mint Oreo shake which was good. The only big downfall was how sticky the floors were. The bottom of my shoes literally stuck to the floor as I walked out. Other than that the service was good and the food was fast food quality."

"Super nice gentleman cooking and running the front (10/29/22 6.30pm). Other staff were friendly as well. My burger had a special request, which was done. ...burger and fries served up hot and my shake was great as well. No complaints from this corner.. **clean atmosphere as well. **Shout-out to the cook, he rolls smooth, it's appreciated."
