"Walmart had no ice and no sign saying they were out. I bought a bag not knowing, only to have to stand in line to get a refund. I said to the desk person that a sign saying they were out would have been nice."

"This place has gone to He!! Bought a Samsung 65 smart tv, and 27 days later, the picture went out. Took it back and refused to warranty it because I didn't have the box! It was under its 30 days. Had the receipt and the numbers on the tv. But they flat refused. Took it to the Walmart on 20 and county line road. Explained it to them. The manager looked at everything and said no problem. Gave me a credit, and we bought a new one right there!! He said a lot of people have been coming in and complaining about the one on C.R.6 Couldn't even talk to the manager at C.R. 6, he was no where to be found."

"Recently my partner and I received horrendous customer service from Dan in pickup and delivery. Snarky and rude, clearly did not want to be there. Aliyah however was very nice. Will be avoiding this service for Dan alone but we will continue to shop here."
