"My family has been getting pizza from Micheal's for almost 50 years, but we stopped when family was no longer able to go and when I moved from Elkhart. While visiting recently, I stopped in for a large pepperoni pizza. The taste is exactly as I remember. The crust has a nice crunchy rim and a great chew. The sauce isn't too thick, or applied too heavily. The cheese is ample, without being stringy. The closest style it resembles is Chicago tavern style. Great pizza."

"the atmosphere of this place is so fun and friendly! however, the highlight of my visit was the gluten friendly alfredo sauce! i have a lot of trouble finding places i can eat good pasta and specifically with cheese or alfredo sauces. i thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at michael’s! our server was so helpful with providing allergy information as well."
"We tried to go here for dinner tonight as I remembered going here with my parents as a kid for special occasions. After we found the restaurant via good and found parking. Their sign said to seat yourself. We chose to sit in a both, the waitress the rudely asked if we had reservations and told us since we didn’t we needed to go see the hostess. We were then told with a 1/2 empty restaurant it would be a 30 min wait. I don’t often walk out due to a wait time, but the attitude we were given for no reason plus the lack of explanation / empathy was terrible. I’ve never been made to feel so small, unwanted and unvalued as a customer. Do better."
