"Our waitress, Kristi, provided wonderful service in a timely manner and checked on us frequently throughout our visit making sure we were satisfied with our food and kept our beverages full. The manager, Monica, was exceptional ensuring customer satisfaction and started the soup bar early for us which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this location."

"Good food but I asked for a discount on the salad bar. I was surprised when the bill came to see it is $12.99. Entirely my fault for not checking the price, but I only had a small salad and half a bowl of soup, which was actually the reason I ordered the salad bar because I wasn't too hungry. I was told by the server the manager said he wouldn't discount it because I "ordered it and ate it even though it was a small amount so he's not going to discount it". Just thought it was pretty rude for a manager to not only say this but send his employee to say it for him instead of telling me himself. Probably won't be back because a late lunch at Big Boy of all places cost me 60 bucks and it definitely wasn't worth it."
