Wendy's

"Went inside to place my order Tuesday evening 11/07/23. Ordered a spicy chicken salad. They said I would have to cut up my own chicken patty, ok, whatever. I also ordered another salad with just regular chicken, same thing, cut my own up, whatever. I also ordered a baconator. After a lengthy time she finally gave me my order. I looked in the bag and there was a salad with a patty on top, which I expected. But no 2nd salad, but a chicken sandwich which I did not order. I was so iratated I just grab the bag and left. Walking out the door, there was 2 employees standing next to the door smoking. I'm a non smoker and didn't appreciate having to walk through their smoke cloud. WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN."

"This place needs to restart immediately ive caught not one but 4!!! Contract violation due to how incredibly slow they are making me literally 15 to 20 miniutes lates for both pick up and delivery missing items and and for missing items every time their work is so sloppy I have no idea how to even dispense a soda I can't tell you how many messages have been caused in my brand new car and my brand new seats because of this location I have seen the owner or manager whoever he is in there constantly I've seen him in there breaking a sweat I feel bad for this man but at the same time I don't do you have full control of your staff and who you hire who you let go fix it because you're literally costing your own store money and your costing people their jobs"

"I've gone in there, nothing but filth. I go through the drive thru when theyre supposed to be open, they say they're closing early and can't serve anyone for the rest of the night. Some of the workers are rude or standing around and doing nothing at all. I used to love going there but now it's just something I'm never going to do anymore."

"Do you intentionally hire idiots? Went there for lunch. Ordered chili, a potato and cheeseburger only ketchup with fries. What we got: chili, potato, and cheese burger with everything on it. No fries. We waited 10 minutes with only one car in front of us food was also cold."

"Called to tell them whoever is making sandwiches isn't paying attention but NO ONE ANSWERED!!! I asked at the speaker box to double check that the chicken got grilled and they said it would be and its definitely not, there's no bacon on my sandwich either and when I called 6 times I got kicked to a busy sound or it stopped ringing altogether. I know this location has been short staffed for a while but come on my sandwich is only a little bit right thanks for messing up my lunch and over charging since I didn't want the meal just the sandwich."
