"I have seemed to have nothing but problems here. First problem was them adding ingredients that we took off. Ok human error. BUT it has happened at least 3 times. Next problem. They have forgotten some items more than once. This place needs better training. Perhaps learn to read better or make sure you double check your work."

"Everything was great! Food was tasty, they really listen when you say you want extra stuff and they don't skip out on the hot sauce in the bag. They just sometimes have a hard time listening about the drinks about the sizes and the quantity but other than that it was just fantastic."

"I come here when I have to l, because I like Taco Bell, but this might be one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Everyone I come, it’s shotty service at best. It always takes forever to get my order taken at the counter, the team doesn’t ever seem to be in a good mood to have to take my order, and today, I am having a problem with the app, where it will not allow me to order the item that I want. The item is an ‘online exclusive’ and it will not allow me to select it on my phone. The manager told me that “there is nothing I can do“. I suggested just building the box that I wanted, and discounting it to the price that it is on the app, and he said “that would throw off my inventory.” I don’t know how Taco Bell’s inventory works, but generally, if something is rang up, it is accounted for. I’m not upset about the app not working, I’m upset that the manager was wholly unwilling to work with me. I will not be back to this location. Stick to Ionia Taco Bell if you can, the team there is amazing."

"Not sure what happened. Go there very regularly and usually fine. The past few times I've had to wait over 15 minutes just to order. There are 2 lanes and they only use one. Also 2 windows and they only use one."

"I'm so sick of getting "potatoes" that are hard. I can ask for fresh and still bite into my burrito and them not be fresh, at all. It's getting to the point I think you should have to cook the potatoes cooked to order Everytime! Do better! You wouldn't want to bite into a nasty dried up potato!"
