"Every time I go through the drive through. They hand me a drink that has got pop all over the outside.. I was told I had to wait for fresh fries. But when I got them they were very stale and old. When the manager runs the window, my pop is clean. And some of the time fresh food."

"Just went through the drivethru and ordered two of the 8pc cheesy tots, tell me why tf I got one of them and then instead of the other one I got an 8pc nugget? I also didn't get a straw with my drink, didn't get a receipt, and the burgers had WAY too much ketchup. I can't remember the last time I actually got an order here that was correct. Extremely disappointing, long wait for an order that isn't even right."

"I put in a doordash order like 45 minutes ago and have gone through 3 separate dashers all telling me they aren't accepting orders anymore? But online it says they're open, I'm at work nearby and I can see the lights on (I just can't leave the building) so I know they're open but then why won't they let a dasher pick up my order?"

"If I could give it a zero I would. Drive through takes an insane amount of time and there’s not a SINGLE time that I’ve gone through and my order was correct. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order, and not something just small like forgetting pickles, my whole order is usually messed up. I watched the two young me. Completely not pay attention and THROW food in the bags. Sad. Guess I will be traveling to belding Burger King from now on."

"They're always "training" new staff, food is often wrong, and that new Shaye girl is incredibly rude. I'm also tired of watching the employees walk around with a full moon out. I know y'all are supposed to have your shirts tucked in, nobody wants to see that. Edit: Just visited another time and my burgers all were covered by wrappers that were drenched in grease and also the buns are absolutely drenched in ketchup. This is disgusting and completely unnecessary. It doesn't help that some girl was glaring at me from the window the entire time I was there, I think her name tag said Jazz or something? Honestly how do you expect people to come back after all this? This is ridiculous."
