"Could not eat the food as there was hair in the food. The people working were very rude and did seem to care about hair and the food was cold. We were not happy and they were so rude the guy made us feel very uncomfortable I really thought he would have put his hand on one us. I don't like to complain but I don’t see how they are still open. If you want good food drive to grand rapids. This place will make you sick bring your food thermometer with you make sure the food is up to tempt as a pretty sure it sits for hours. We might have taken 5 bits of food before leaving and they didn't seem to care about the hair or cold food just yelled at us for saying anything."

"I have to say it was not a good experience. The food was cold and had hair in it . One of their loyal customers started screaming at me and my guests because we were obviously upset about the fact that the food had hair in it and was cold and was not good food. The bathrooms are disgusting and in major need of repair over all the atmosphere and experience was poor. I would not recommend anyone go there."

"I read many bad reviews and decided to try anyway. My cup didn't stay as full as I liked, is the only real complaint. I don't think locals would go to a bad buffet on Christmas day and the place was packed. Very good experience. I'm an over the road trucker and go to buffets all over the country"

"All the hype I've heard from others stating this was a great place to visit, I wasn't impressed. It's been a couple years since I have been there and feel it has gone down in many areas. The food was bland and some dishes were cold. There is plenty of seating and ample parking. At least they have that going for them. Pad over $14 for a dinner that was not worth it. Ate crackers and Peanut Butter when I got home: That never disappoints."
