"I got a deluxe cheeseburger kids meal. Tasted OK and the fries were fine. My date ordered a double Swiss melt. His two burgers together were hardly bigger than my single burger! The meat was way overcooked and the bread was hard. Overall, I had to say the quality is suffered. I usually like Culver’s, but this visit was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had! It’s a good thing my date looked at the charges on the cash register. We had been overcharged by about 1/3! Time to up your game or we’ll just eat at home!"

"I went to the restaurant last night with 5 family members, with having to eat GF I am glad Culver's offers the GF buns. The food came to the table and everything was there except my order the server took the number and didn't return my son brought the slip to the counter and noticed the tray was there ready to go, it was handed to him and he brought it to the table I noticed right away the fries were missing so I went back to the counter to grab those I assembled my sandwich and took a bite the meat was cold but I continued to eat because everyone else at the table was almost done. It's hard enough to find restaurants that offer gluten free options and I usually don't have any problems with Culvers no matter what location I go to but I was not happy with my recent experience Jill VanDenBosch"
