"Let’s start off with the good news. The server we had was Joe H. He did such a fantastic job taking care his customers and our table of 13. He had such a positive attitude and was very patience with all of us. But, I ordered a 16 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes, cooked to a medium-rare came out moo-ing. That steak was raw and i requested to either cook it longer. Thank you to Mr.Joe, he was able to return it back to the cooks and make a new one. This time, it was well-done and at that point, It was better then having a raw steak."
"Although I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants, I enjoy coming to this Applebee’s located on the north side of Holland. Pleasant environment with lots of big television screens. Super friendly service. Tasty food, but probably heavily processed."
