"I was not planning on getting Chick-Fil-A that day. It was Saturday, January 20 around 12:30pm, and I was out and about shopping. The smell of their waffle fries was so good! So… I followed the sweet aroma of the food…I ended up in their drive-thru… I bought some Nuggets for my 3 year-old and Spicy chicken deluxe Sandwich for myself. Of course, you gotta have their delicious waffle fries! I went to their drive-thru and a kind young man took my order and his name is Reagan (he’s in one of my pictures- by the white van). He asked how I was doing and asked for my name for the order and he said, “I love serving others. It’s a good feeling. I can’t really describe it, but I like serving.” That just touched my heart! Then I asked for his name for this review purpose. He told me he was named after a president and he learned a lot about President Reagan. I can tell that this young man likes his job and DO LOVE SERVING OTHERS and talking to people! WARNING : Chick-Fil-A has great customer service (outdoor). I would definitely return to get their nuggets and one of their sandwiches. Their drive-thru system is so efficient and so quick, it motivates me to come back in the future!"

"I have to say this is the worse chick-fil-a I have ever been to, my extended family lives in the area and can say I won’t be visiting this location when I come to the area. I love this restaurant but this chain is a shame to the name. The food and service absolutely sucks!"

"I really appreciate the attention to detail. I have little kids and I never feel too bad bringing them here. I love that the fruit cup comes with strawberries, blueberries, apples and oranges. I love that the "toy" for kiddos is usually books or paper-based activities (coloring books, puzzles, card games, etc.). If you eat in, they have high chairs, disinfectant wipes and a disposable mat for placing food on."

"I have never been to Chick-Fil-A before. So I decided to see what all the fuss was about, while running errands. I decided to go through the drive thru and there were workers in the drive thru lane, ready to take your order before getting to the speaker. This works to speed up drive thru, which is fine. The only thing I didn't like about that, is the fact I never been there, so I couldn't view the menu. Of course you can ask questions if you need to, just advise them you would like to look at the menu first. Or look it up online before deciding to go. I do admit, their customer service was great. You were acknowledged and greeted pretty well. They answered any and all questions. On to the food! I'm not a big fan of waffle fries, but they were descent here. They were not huge, came out fresh/hot and had good flavor. The chicken sandwich was a deluxe, minus the cheese. The toppings was at the bottom so I'm unsure if that's how they do things. Originally I thought it was over cooked and a bit burnt, but it wasn't. It could be how the seasonings cooked with how they prepare it. When I took a bite, the outside was crispy (not to crispy) and the thick chicken piece was juicy. It was surprisingly juicy/flavorful with how thick the chicken piece was. Is it a WOW place? No, as it's still fast food. Would I go again? Yes, even though I don't eat fast food much. I really liked the customer service the most. And the chicken sandwich was pretty good, better than a few fast food places with chicken sandwiches. It was a good first time experience."
