"Food I received was skimpy and missing ingredients listed as included on the menu. The service was worse. I called the store to complain and offered to return uneaten food in return for a refund, I was told a refund wasn't possible. I do not feel that my problem was resolved. Lesson learned; I do not plan on returning to this location."

"They will not take your order inside dining area. There was no one coming through the drive through and person at drive-up window was just staring off into space. It is a shame that idle drive-up person cannot see someone is waiting to order. Woman employee said go to drive-up. Go to order board and ordered. Woman's voice said they were out of most items. She said it is posted on menu board. Nothing was posted on menu board. She then said she would come out and show me. Seems like it would have been quicker to take my order in the dining room! Will never be back to this location."

"Every time I go here the employees are rude and have no idea what’s going on. You would think the people who are in customer service would be polite and willing to answer questions when you have them, not at this location. I would recommend going to ANY other Taco Bell in Holland."

"Was told there would be a long wait because of short staff, we patiently waited about 20 minutes and when we got to the window they told us they were basically out of everything. There was only one car in front of us he could have told us at the speaker. I get it’s fast food but use your head a little bit."

"I ordered aVegeCrunchy Taco Meal at the store, I was given meat with beef. I am Hindu I do not eat Beef. I realized only after I ate. I took it to the counter & showed the girl who took the order she was rude did not give me receipt. Her supervisor was more rude. Then another supervisor named Vicky came, I told her the whole story requested her to give receipt, instead of printing a receipt she called the police for throwing me out of the store. Police officer A. Ramirez from Ottawa County came, I told him the whole story. They printed the receipt when police ordered them to print one. As per receipt my order number was c65c77 dated 10.1.2023, name of cashier on receipt was is Sarah K. This store is raciest with ill mannered staff. I had very experience at this restaurant, treated shabbily."
