"We have come here a couple of times. Everyone is nice but like most chipotle’s I have been to, there floors are very dirty. After today, I won’t be returning to this location. After finding a leaf in my food made me question how it got there. Losing all my hope in their cleanliness."

"My order is wrong so much from this place doordash thinks I'm lying. Do not get extra meat and tortilla unless you are watching them make it like a hawk they will not add the extra meat in delivery no matter how much you pay they use the extra tortilla to make it easier for them to roll not caring you spent like 7 bucks for the meat. Those are my usual problems, however it usually at least tastes good, which is the reason for the review at this time. It was extremely bad, the Quaso(usually my favorite thing) was weird and gelatinous and the whole meal had an iron taste which was a little concerning. Overall, It was not at all worth the money 25$+ as I sit here with a mountain of extra tortilla where my extra meat should have been... 12/05/23 3-4pm"

"I've been here twice recently, both visits at dinner time between 18:00 and 19.00. First visit ordered at the counter and had a minimal wait. The most recent time I ordered via the app. On the first visit, there were at least 4 persons working the takeout counter. This most recent visit there was on person working the takeout counter. It was very busy (Thursday night) and my order was at least 30-minutes late and the tables were very dirty and the trash was piling up. This was not true of my first visit. The food here is very good and as compared to their nearest competitor, Chipotle is head and shoulders above the competition in ingredients and presentation. The queso is excellent. The guacamole is perhap the best I've ever tasted. I got a bowl the first visit and I really couldn't finish it. I had the tacos this most recent visit and they were excellent. I felt a little letdown in this most recent experience, the wait for my order, the nearly overflowing trash, and the dirty table tops. I got some napkins to wipe off my table. I know what causes these specific problems and wouldn't you know it, there's a "We're hiring" sign in several locations in the store. I will return because the food is that good, but I'll being trying a different time slot. I did follow up with corporate about my last visit."

"The food was decent. Like my pictures show, it's best to order in restaurant where your food is being made in front of you, as you get a full bowl and can ask for more to be put on there if not satisfactory. The many other times I've ordered online and pick up in restaurant, you could count the rice grains in the bowl. The portion was small for the price. I'm not sure why the person(s) who plate the online orders feel the need to cut the portion size in half when you are still paying the same price as when you go in restaurant. Even when you add a tip to your online order it doesn't make a difference."
