"The worst place to buy food at, and the General manager is rude and doesn't care about serving people and severing quality food and threatens us because we complained about the food. He said he didn't care and that we can go somewhere else."

"Ordered food through drive thru after working 12 hour nursing shift and worker tells us to please pull over to the parking area. After 15 minutes we finally go to check on our food. The lady says “I didn’t see where you went” and then proceeds to pull our bag of food from the trash and try to hand it to us until the other tells her she has to remake it. She sighs and drops it back in like it’s our fault. Unbelievable, we help sick people all day and some people can’t even serve food without an attitude."

"Avoid location at all costs. I came around 4 pm- very slow time! I was the only car in line. They still managed to mess up my order. Forgot a whole sandwich, sloppily put together my chicken wrap and skimped me (barely put any filling). All the fries were cold and stale. We called 3 times until they finally picked up the phone. Had to drive back, they did give us new fries and our sandwich, but refused to make a new chicken wrap. We paid $45 for our order! $45 was a joke. Oh, and FYI, all the rest of our food was lukewarm too. Got a large cup of chili and it was lukewarm. How can you mess that up? Never coming back to this location. Like other reviews have stated, this is run by a bunch of kids who could care less."

"Tried drive through. They messed up 4 consecutive orders, including ours. They said they would come back out with the rest of our Oder and did not come back - we waited 15 minutes. We went in to ask and they said we got all of our food and would not need more. We had to take the bags we had received back in to prove it. The entire time they were rudely insistent “we bagged all of your food, you got all of it.” Once they found that was not correct, they corrected it with a “sorry for the inconvenience.” This site does not value customer service and consistently delivers below expectations. It is not timely and is rarely correct when processing orders. I recommend avoiding altogether."
