MRI of Southfield

"First of all - thank you for having an open MRI!! It made all the difference - i had NO claustrophobia because I could see out one side or the other! However my first attempt to get an MRI was painful (to my shoulder injury), really a rough time. But the second time - thanks especially to Drew, Sharon the Office Manager, and Brenda - was much more comfortable (using extra support for my shoulder and no weights on my arm) - was successful! Thanks very much to all of you who listened and made sure i was comfortable the second time!!"

"Disappointed by the rude tech (criticizing basic leggings) and the unsanitary foam “used” ( multiple times by other patients) ear plugs. Since the disposable earplugs were used repeatedly they were ineffective. After stopping to request a safer form of ear protection, she said none were available and continued the MRI. Awful experience!"

"Had a few hiccups when trying to schedule and reschedule appointment partly being my fault so yes, sometimes you can't get through or put on hold. Nothing new these days. Otherwise, they took care of my authorization for me, were flexible with appointment times. Sharon and the other girl who answers the phones are very nice. The tech, Chris? That did my MRI was nice was patient with me when we had to stop because I wasn't feeling well. What else can you ask for. Location is alittle bit hidden but right off of Telegraph on lower level. Not that hard to find."

"The actual technician was fantastic and deserves a 10. Finding the building the first time was a little confusing. Even with earplugs it’s loud. They could absolutely update the machine for ear, phones, and music."
