"My family took their Pomeranian to get a cut. Hannah, was a disgusting human being and this place should never do services on any dog. The screams of every dog in there sounded like a slaughter house. Hannah of course said their pom “puked”, yea ok. Her supervisor didn’t want to be liable and couldn’t complete the service. So instead of drying the dog, they hand him over soaking wet and shivering. My cousin had to dry him herself with her fiancé, and still they wanted them to pay for a garbage bath, that she provided all the products for anyways. She had to buy the scissors and grooming supplies herself. I would be terrified to bring any of my dogs here too. Disgusting people. Being pregnant doesn’t give you the excuse to be a horrible human being, Hannah. You clearly have never even groomed a Pomeranian in your life and frankly, this place in general shouldn’t do any grooming services of any kind as working with animals requires compassion and humanity that NONE of you have. I’m baffled."
