"Me & mom n law went to the garden center, we were both disappointed with how dry & dead everything was looking. It was horrible & won't be stopping in there to buy any kind of indoor plants like we were looking for. 90% dead, dry, dying & still had it all full priced. Was beyond disappointed for extremely over priced dead, dying plants all over the place. Do better Lowe's"
"Had to replace plumbing in our kitchen..... we brought in the old pipe setup and the team member in that department was so helpful in locating all of the needed pieces. He even walked us through installation and mags she we had appropriate tools at home to cut the PVC to length. Though we had an idea of what we were doing, it was helpful to walk through with someone else to make sure we were on the right track. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he was a gentleman probably in his 60s with gray hair and longer grey beard....I believe he had glasses on, too. Thanks for giving us the confidence to tackle the job."
"I just went into the Holland store to buy some carpet runner by the foot. The flooring person was helpful with cutting it to size and tagging it by the part #. I walked up to check out and there were no tellers to check me out... I do not check myself out anyplace and am not going to start. I was ready to leave my merchandise but an employee said she would help me. Bottom line she said I couldn't have checked out anyway. I won't be going back to Lowe's until the management team works on their customer service and they hire some tellers and not expect their customers to do their work."
