"I have brought my dog Ted 4 times. When I came to pick him up this time I did not even recognize him. The staff would not inform me of who cut his hair. I am appalled and this was handled extremely poorly once I saw him. They will not refund me my money. Never again. Before and After photos attached. 0 from top to bottom. A dog is a family member. It’s like they hate dogs at this place. Should be shut down."
"I worked here for 2 years as a dog handler so I’ve seen the “behind the scenes” of this facility and I can say it is amazing! Competent handlers that are kind, dog lovers who always have your dog’s best interest at heart. They are organized and thoughtful in their processes and procedures to keep pups and staff safe and happy!"
"We have been loyal customers for a very long time. We had to wait more than 6 months to get our dogs groomed and then when the day came they canceled one of our dogs with only 2 hours notice. I was very compliant with it and accepted the fact that I needed to bring him in 2 weeks later. When I brought him in today they said they could not groom him because of his breathing. He is a 14 year old dog and cannot breathe that well. If he would have been groomed at the later time of the day like he was supposed to be he would have been fine. I even told them I would sign a waiver that if anything happened to him I would not hold them responsible. But they still refuse to groom him. They should be able to deal with dogs of any age. This place is very incompetent and should be able to take care of a dog who has problems with breathing. So disappointed. Will not be returning. Since I can't respond to their response I will say it on here. He wasn't stressed that is his normal breathing. Especially early in the morning. It was not prioritizing my dogs safety. His safety was not compromised. It was the incompetence of the groomer"
