"Everytime I've went they have been great! I ordered a pick up and had a couple cinnamon twists missing so I let them know. The Manger gave me 2 extra for the inconvenience. All you have to do is check your order (as with any fast-food). Thanks for the prompt and friendly service!"

"I was so excited for Taco Bell to come to kalkaska! I have tried them twice since opening and I would rather drive all the way to Gaylord or TC than go here again. I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot for my online order. At least 15 cars went through the drive thru and my order still wasn't ready. After waiting another 20 minutes it was finally ready. When I got home I discovered my entire order was wrong AND cold. I live right in town so it shouldn't have been cold already. I understand it's a new business and they're learning, BUT serving the drive thru first and not online orders is bogus. Not reading the screen for customization on items is bogus too. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Never has Burger King or McDonald's ever had me wait that long and has always given me my correct items. Whoever is managing this Taco Bell needs to have a chat with their employees!"

"Very very pleased with this Taco Bell!! Line was out to the road when I pulled in and waited 15 minutes in line, there was probably 15 other cars there! The card reader was down when I went to pay so they comped my meal on them! I pulled to the second window and received the wrong food, I went inside with my receipt and they were very apologetic and gave me a nice hot meal and gave me the other meal! Very pleased, well done for being the second day!!!!!"
