"I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name working the drive through window tonight. He had the cutest southern accent. He provided the best customer service we have ever received hands down. You had better give him a raise before another company swoops him up. Thanks for making our night!"

"Arby's of Kalkaska was very nice! Their dining room was open, and it is set up rather nicely. The staff was nice and helpful, our order was pretty quick. Not everyone wants their food to go or eat in their car. Finding a Arby's with an open dining room was great!!"

"Great food, service was a lil slow but not terrible. We ate inside. Had the 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich, jalapeño poppers, boneless wings, and a turkey wrap, all very good. 22 degrees outside, so it was nice to sit by the fireplace."

"My simple order of two roast beef sandwiches took over 20 minutes… They had me pull away from the drive-through and then I watch them give my food to someone else and then they had to remake it. The staff was kind and apologetic but it is absolute madness that fast food takes 20 minutes. Will not be coming back."

"There was no line when I came in. The register person acted like the place was packed and needed to get through people as fast as possible. My Big Beef and Chedder had about half the meat as the Traverse City location. The soda machine area was messy and needed stocked. There were messy tables and random trash on the floor. Again place was NOT busy. Curly fries were cold and about half an order."
