"Brandon B terrible employee. Gave attitude wanted to argue and start fights. Would not recommend going to this location if he's there. The manager Areil was no help either and allowed his attitude and just watched it happen. He need to be fired. The manager would not give me the franchise owners number either because she was defending the bad behavior of bad employees. Owner needs to have his number available for customers who are be treated terribly. So they can be fired."

"I love subway!!! The staff is so kind! Sandwiches are ALWAYS fresh! They always have such good music playing it’s very calming when I eat my sub. The sandwich makers work so hard and always encourage me to try new sandwiches. (This is very nice because I struggle to branch out)"

"Worst thing ever, they can’t even read lettuce on a salad! Then when called and talked to a manager they gave me attitude and told me well then maybe don’t use the app and come in next time. But I’ll remake them if u come back in. Then just hangs up the phone. Thank you Amanda at the kalkaska store for making a pleasurable visit with me that I may not ever come back!"
