"Raw burgers, Incorrectly made coffees. The service is extremely slow and more likely than not half your order isn’t in the bag. The food that is in the bag isn’t what you ordered. Manager was rude and argued when I spoke to her about the messed up items. If I could leave 0 stars I would."

"My husband and I just went here for a little late night snack, and the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. I have never written a bad review anywhere, and am not the type to complain, but the girl working the drive thru (reddish hair) was so incredibly rude, we almost just left. Then when we got our order, the fries were room temperature, so we nervously spoke up about it, and she just snatched the bag from our hands and shouted at her coworker for more fries. I’ve worked in food service for 10 years, and my husband 15+ years, and we were both baffled and so uncomfortable the whole time."
