"Last Saturday which would have been 10-7 my family and I pulled into your Burger King in kalkaska right up to the front door. It was about 8:53 pm and as we got out of our vehicle we watching employee come out and lock the door in front of us. Now we were going in because we had three orders we were going to do and figured it would be easier. Sense they lock the door we went to the drive-thru and at the drive-thru we were told we could not do more than three orders. So we told them we tried to come in but you guys lock the door. She said we close at 9 and it wasn't 9 yet matter of fact we were still in the Drive-Thru at 8:55. So we left and went to your competition and got food and better service. So you will never see my family or the other two families that were with me and we're going to that Burger King again."
"It's been a very long time since I was happy with BK in my town. I stopped here because I was starving and it was there. This place tastes like I remember BK is supposed to be. Very fresh and hot. Awesome job"
