"I feel compelled to share my recent experiences with this store's customer service, which unfortunately has been declining steadily. The incident that prompted this review occurred on the 8th of this month at approximately 1:20 pm. A light greenish-blue Volvo, driven by one of their employees, recklessly entered the parking lot as if rushing to make it to their shift on time. The driver's aggressive maneuvering nearly resulted in a collision with our vehicle. Despite our attempts to alert him with a honk, he responded with a rude gesture using his middle finger before hastily parking. Furthermore, the recent policies implemented by the store have added unnecessary inconvenience to the shopping experience. Since October, customers are not only required to present identification upon entry but are also asked to produce the same card again during checkout. This redundant procedure, coupled with the mandatory inspection of receipts upon departure, fosters an environment that feels distrustful and unwelcoming. No customer should feel like a criminal simply for patronizing a store. While I understand the importance of security measures, the implementation here feels excessive and disrespectful to loyal customers. Personally, I find the shopping experience at other establishments, such as Sam's, to be far more accommodating and respectful of customer privacy. Unless there are significant improvements in both customer service and policies, I regret to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Super clean, brand new, parking lot done right! Much better than the grossly outdated Franklin store. Highly recommend checking out this location- it's large and the selection is among the best of the Costcos I've visited. The gas and car wash is also far enough from the main traffic path that you can manage getting in and out well."

"Cleanest bathroom experience at this Costco yet for me! Every other Costco I've been too had absolutely trashed and disgusting bathrooms, but this one actually seems to upkeep it's cleanliness! Food is good and cheap. Selection and prices are pretty much the same a crossed the board it seems for Costcos. There was two cigar cases of cigars but I can't remember if others had it. And with come pretty decent cigars to boot! The gas is great, much cheaper here and they even have a car wash for 7.99!!! It's great! Can't say much for busyness other than that, when I go around 7 o'clock, it not really busy at all. Much quieter and calmer than times I've been to Costco in the morning.I definitely recommend this Costco."

"Great wholesale place .. reasonable prices and well merchandised.. it deserves 5 stars but I gave 4 stars for one reason; I went carrying my cousin’s membership card, the nice lady checked the card when I entered the store.. after spending over an hour collecting my needs, I walked to the cashier where another nice lady asked to check the membership card to find out it belongs to someone else, I explained everything but they refused to let me buy anything.. I understand that the policy is trying to protect their members, but it would have saved my time if this was explained in the front door at the first check"
