"I bought a refrigerator salesperson was great.... they delivered it with in my time frame... delivery guy was very nice... but the product had a dent so I tried to set up another delivery date but they couldn't accommodate me they wanted me to accommodate them.... nope!!! Getting a refund."

"Customer service terrible. I understand damaged items happen. However, when it does, it is time to go out of your way to make customer happy. Offering delivery 4 days later isn't okay. Not being able to cancel via phone after being told by office team that I'd need to call store to do so? Not okay. A joke. Never shopped here, thought I'd try... never again. Update: Apparently no coordination/communication amongst customer service team. Just got a call back and they weren't aware that I've already spoken to 4 separate people about my order needing to be canceled. 2nd Update: Got a call from manager indicated they could redeliver next day but already made new arrangements. So they at least tried. But I found a better deal elsewhere which they also offered to match. Damage already done."
