"Horrible customer service!!!! I was shopping for a fine evening gown and the only ladies on the floor were more interested in tagging merchandise than helping. I stood in the store, looking n front of them, and looked up the dress I needed in a different size and found it available to order online. $500+ . What has happened to customer service and employee education and help? I let myself in the fitting room to find several dresses in each room left in disarray. I’ll take my business where they care"

"It is always a pleasure to shop this store. Purchased several bras for about $71. They have a mega sale going on right now. The attendant was nice and kind towards me, which added to my joy. It was great sharing with her, and I appreciate her so much. I did not get her name, but I know that she was sweet and very kind to talk with."

"I had a great time at Dillard's today. They are at 75% off Christmas Ornaments right now. They have these cute wood crates that have Merry Christmas on them as well. "I received roughly $400 worth of button up shirts as a gift and unfortunately they’re the wrong size. When I took the shirts back in to exchange them for the correct size they told me “there’s absolutely nothing we can do because it’s been over 30 days.” This is absolutely ridiculous. I would completely understand if I was trying to return it for money back but I’m not. I just want to be able to exchange them for something I can actually wear. All shirts are brand new, never washed, and still have the original tags on them. Absolutely ridiculous. The clothing manager in the men’s department was not helpful. After hearing about their 30 return policy I said “so it’s just hundreds of dollars down the drain?” The manager replied, “yep, pretty much.” They didn’t even look at the shirts or scan the tags. I love the shirts. Just want the right size.."
