JOANN Fabric and Crafts

"The most dirty and unorganized Joann’s I’ve ever been to. Looked similar to a dollar general between seasons with boxes around every corner and piles of dirt in the floor. Very few of the sale signs were correct or current and a lot of price tags were missing. None of the fabric (other than fleece) seemed to be organized by type or any other criteria. I spent 2 hours looking for a specific type of fabric that I found in the wrong color in 4 separate isles. Maybe it’s because of understaffing but I won’t be visiting this location again any time soon. Far too much work to find what I should have been able to find in one area in maybe five minutes."

"Went by there the other day because I noticed that there wasn’t inventory showing on the app or website for the store and when I called noticed that their hours had changed majorly. The place was an absolute mess fabric everywhere. Didn’t seem as any of the workers cared for their job. Boxes of product everywhere. Honestly I thought the hour change and issue with the app was due to them shutting down but apparently it’s because of management change but at this point the place has fallen apart so badly I would think they would be better off shutting down. I hate to say that about my go to craft store but management has run that store specifically into the ground."

"Their hours changed, they don’t open until 11am now (not updated online). Also can’t buy yarn for pickup anymore so forget that coupon. Boxes everywhere. This was my #1 craft store but it’s a mess. Going to place my orders at another location and make the drive to Ohio."

She was extremely informative very friendly and polite and also gave us Other advice on how to get our couch taken care of.
