"Unreasonable Return Policy. Bought a singer sewing machine that did not work coming out of the box. Took it back for a refund and was charged a restocking fee of $25. Good reason to not buy from there. Shouldn’t have to pay anything for something that doesn’t work. I’ll never return there."
"Joann Fabrics was humming with activity when I stopped in yesterday,. I guess a lot of shoppers were like me, buying fabric and supplies to make some Christmas gifts. I found everything I needed and the sale prices made it all affordable. The store was tidy and well stocked. I waited briefly at the cutting table, but the helpers were super efficient and friendly as was my cashier. It was a pleasant and productive experience... And they have some of the coolest shopping carts I've ever seen - lol!"
