"After shopping here for almost two years I have decided I am not going to continue. There has been incidents in the past where I have witnessed employees follow me around the store seeing if I would steal. Today I had enough, I grabbed some wood from the clearance pile (70% off) and was seen by over 5 workers. I proceeded to go checkout and everything was going fine until I asked the lady to please apply the discount to the wood. She proceeded to tell me that the wood was not discounted because it was not purple and was implying that I was in the wrong and had to pay full price. After going back and forth arguing over the price they finally decided to call an associate from Lumber who thankfully was one of the ones that saw me load the wood. However, they did not give me my discount right away instead they inspected the wood in my cart and before giving me my discounted he spray painted it purple practically ruining the wood for the purpose I wanted. Finally after the wait (over 20-30 minutes), the humiliation in front of everyone, and the fact that they ruined my wood I was finally “allowed” to checkout. I will not be returning to this store as they are known to profile people who have spent thousands of dollars there and have lost a customer for life. I will also be calling corporate to report the associates that I had the displeasure of interacting with. I am not normally one to write reviews or call complaining but this was ridiculous."

"Mel the department supervisor has no business being a supervisor if he isn't going to know his own store policies and rolls his eyes and gives me attitude at my request. There is no reason I was refused my price adjustment request today when I purchased an item that went on sale not even 2 weeks later. I have 30 days. I'll be going out of my way to drive farther to a different location after this encounter."

"I've been to this location several times and never had a problem. And research what you need. Good store good people. Bigger selection on things than other stores. Milwaukee's not bad if you're on a budget do some research you might get a better deal. If all else fails there's a Starbucks caddy corner from the place. Little more knowledgeable employees work there. The wood in my experience is about 75% straight and 25% either crooked bent or too many eyes. So take your time look at your piece."

It's great that you can buy a grill, chainsaw blade, extention Cord and a 12' skeleton (if you can find one) at the same place! This store is clean, well maintained and has courteous and helpful employees!"
