"Buyer be ware! Purchased a washer/dryer combo with pedestals. Delivery showed up with a damaged washer so I refused the delivery. Rescheduled for next day with one pedestal missing. Filled out comments online as well as called the number provided to have someone contact me to when I could expect a return delivery with no response. Went to the point of purchase store Beavercreek a week later and was informed that there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. I needed to contact the distribution center to get issue resolved. I Asked the manager to contact the distribution center to get the issue resolved but was informed again that there was nothing more that could be done after it was sent for distribution. Needles to say the Lowe's representative for the distribution (Rhenada) center resolved the issue quickly. That's all that I was asking for from my point of purchase! Don't care how it was to get accomplished, just wanted the problem resolved. I shouldn't have to contact a "3rd" party to resolve the issues where I placed my order. I would have expected this if I had purchased online. I will no longer be making any major purchases at Lowe's again after this experience."

"We bought an open box refrigerator from them. This is my experience For starters we got a great deal on a $3200 refrigerator. We are very happy with that but not so happy with our experience with the employees. 1. When we got the refrigerator the person said we could sign up for a "lowes pro prepaid card" and get another $100 off. That sounded amazing so we did but after transferring a large amount of money onto the card it wouldn't go through. We spent the next hour trying to make it work but none of the employees seemed to know what's wrong. Okay not the end of the world they did take another $25 off the refrigerator for the inconvenience and they were polite about it. These things happen I would give it a pass. 2. The next day we came to pick up the refrigerator. After renting a U-haul trailer we thought we were good to go but the employee couldn't get the refrigerator onto the trailer because of the wheels on the dolly. I get it just switch out the dolly for one with better wheels....nope we had to go to U-Haul fork out another $50 or so to rent a truck so they could use a forklift thing to load it into the back. Not very happy with that. Overall the employees need to be better trained on card and basic problem solving skills. The lady that helped us was really nice and helpful the ones the next day can't say we'll be back for a while to be honest"

"I absolutely would not recommend Lowes for anything you want done well/correctly or without damaging your neighbor’s property. I used Lowes for my fence installation. I paid for and scheduled my fence installation in March 2023, and now it’s December 2023 and I am still having problems. They installed the fence in June. Immediately there were issues- they came to repair the fence in August, but the supplies (posts, boards, gravel on a pallet) that were brought were the wrong supplies. They left these supplies in my yard and said someone would return to pick them up. No one ever did (now I have a large patch of dirt in my yard where grass used to be). They returned in October to fix the fence again. It’s December and now I’m having yet another issue with one of the gates installed and I’m dreading the process of trying to get someone here to repair it. Apparently Lowes contracts someone who subcontracts someone to install the fence. So while I spend valuable time making several phone calls to try to get the fence that I paid thousands of dollars for just to be installed correctly, no one really ever knows who I’m supposed to talk to and there is absolutely no accountability. Lowes didn’t mind taking my money but they certainly are having difficulty providing the product I paid for. Speaking of accountability, during installation they totally obliterated my neighbor’s above ground wooden garden beds and cut a branch off of his tree. No one notified him of this or tried to make it right. I have called and asked them to address this twice. He has called multiple times as well. It has been 6 months. So far nothing. I have been thoroughly disappointed by the terrible costumer service, quality of work, and accountability Lowes offers and regret ever using them for my fence installation."

"Great! I bought a ton of plants there and they're all still thriving somehow despite the frost. Also their garden lights are SO CHEAP. like $2 per light, I bought 5 and they're sooooo pretty."
