"I needed to have a document filed same-day with the court and asked to have it printed and hole punched. They replied that they don't have a hole punch (really??) and I confirmed it was OK. The next day I had received no confirmation and when I emailed them they said it was not delivered and were extremely flippant, saying they could take it today "if I still needed it." They then blamed me for not replying quickly enough about the hole punch - I had replied to their email within 2 minutes! The entire courier business is about reliability and delivering things on a deadline. I have used couriers all over the country for various court filings and never had a complete failure to deliver before. I will not use this service again."
